We are pleased to announce that the Covington American Legion and the City of Covington have agreed to partner in offering Booked in Covington, an Author & Literary Showcase, on Saturday, December 5 from 11 am until 3 pm. This free, family-friendly event is open to the public and will be held at Post 16, 2031 Ronald Reagan Highway in Covington. It is a fundraiser for Post 16's Charitable Giving Fund, which is a nonprofit 501(c)(3). Covington's Director of Cultural Arts & Events and author of several books, Sarada Bonnett, is assisting with the planning, helping to promote and will be participating in the event.

Attendees will have the opportunity to meet a variety of talented local and regional authors, browse and purchase books, and obtain author signings.
