Chronicles of Betrayal

What happens when Trevor from Shaun M Jooste's Sacred Vally:Betrayal meets Alyssa from my book, Echoes of Betrayal? You get the free short story, Chronicles of Betrayal! That's right, Shaun and I are teaming up to bring you a brand new read! (In case you're wondering, yes, I did recently figure out the hyperlink feature!)

Wait, who is Shaun? Well, for starters, he's a very dear friend and also a member of the Dark Veil Society! He has multiple published works available on Amazon, including the Celenic Earth Chronicles, the Sacred Valley series (The Boatman Saga), and a couple of poetry collections titled The Sickle Rose. Don't get me started on his current WIPs and future book plans! How he managed to fit the Chronicles of Betrayal in between everything, I'll never know.

Without further ado, on to the story! Chapter 1 starts with both characters waking up in Sacred Valley, and, in typical fashion, a mist surrounds the place. Why are they there? What brings them together? Will they be facing the horrible Adlets from book one? Only time will tell!
